Won a new contract

Trafco Group B.S.C., a leading FMCG company recently won a new contract for the exclusive distribution of the retail portfolio of Bahrain Flour Mills Company (BFM) products under its new brand 'Al Matahin' consumed by the households in Bahrain. The new contract was awarded to Trafco after their successful bid of tender. Trafco has been distributing BFM products over the past several years in the kingdom of Bahrain.


According to Mr. Azzam Moutragi, Trafco Group's Sales & Marketing Manager, the company is striving to make 'Al Matahin' a favorite brand among the housewives and the products shall be available in all hypermarkets, super markets and other points of sales including Metro Markets a subsidiary of Trafco Group.


Bahrain Flour Mills enjoys a well reputation due to the premium quality of its products with highly competitive prices subsidized by the government of Bahrain.


With the holy month of Ramadan approaching, we expect an increase in demand for these products which are the main ingredients for Ramadan's iftar menu.


The brand 'Al Matahin' with its new design is expected to get wide popularity and acceptance from the public and consumers that will lead to higher sales volume and profit with the mutual benefit for both the Bahraini shareholding companies.
